Warranty:  Cumberland Camper workmanship and parts under normal wear and tear are warranted for 36 months.  Warranty covers parts (including shipping).  Cost of labor is covered if done at the factory.  Most required labor is within DIY skills and replacement parts will be accompanied by installation/replacement instructions.  Warranty details are listed in the owner's manual.  

Delivery of a new Cumberland Camper will include spare parts for a few critical pieces that can be replaced in the field. 

Through 30 days of real world field testing, we have had to replace one small part that was attached with two screws.

 

Technical Support:  Cumberland owners have access to technical support 8 hours per day M-F, and anytime outside those hours depending on availability.
