When traveling with the Cumberland, we would rather find a campsite than a motel for our evening stop. We sometimes tow it solely to avoid motels. We're slowly growing our list of good spots. This park just outside of Little Rock was a real find. Better than a Holiday Inn. A lot cheaper, we had dinner at the river’s edge and met some nice folks.

The space under the counter is sized for a large cooler or portable refrigerator.
On this trip we took a 77 quart cooler. We added ice every 4 days and everything stayed colder than our home refrigerator. Frozen water bottles put in the cooler when we started were still half ice 8 days later.
For RV sites, the Cumberland has a 30 amp connector that feeds 120V / 15amp receptacles through a 2 circuit breaker box.
Two low pressure propane 1/4” quick connects are under the opposite counter.
A portable refrigerator fits easily under the countertop.
